Founded a software development company, which is currently implementing some original IP. Consulting on a multitude of projects. Developing mobile-friendly websites that are responsive and scalable. Most website work is done using Node.js, Bootstrap, and branches off from there with various dependencies and technologies like Angular, React, MongoDB, and more. Everything, from design and prototyping to testing, implementation, and support, is provided to clients.
Trained generative artificial intelligence models that create text, images, spreadsheets, video games, animations, and AI Agents in simulated environments. Worked with Meta and Google to train models like Google Gemini Sheets AI and Google Genie. Crafted complex prompts to test AI models on various axes and criteria. Subsequently, rated two models’ responses based on this criterion in single-turn and multi-turn formats. Answered questions related to computer science & information technology to help train AI models, including evaluating and rating code generated by AI models. Using SIMs Agentic Simulation Platform, loaded and familiarized myself with scenarios, designed a task for the agent, and created the corresponding solution graph that was then executed. Ensured expected effects took place within the universe data and entered the reasoning. Rated & Reviewed peers’ work to ensure high quality and adherence to each project's criteria and goals.
Led change management reforms and spearheaded department and division-wide changes using our ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) change management processes within the broader IT Service Management (ITSM) framework using software like Microsoft System Center Service Manager and other applications. Aid in the transition of cloud deployment (Hybrid cloud deployment model) by supporting end users of migrating applications before, during, and after migration. Provide first-level support to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with other support staff to assist in prompt problem resolution. Keep customers informed on a problem's status while assessing the severity level based on customer impact and escalating incidents as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while providing hardware and software support for all WorkSafeBC technologies. Assist Support Analyst I's with more complex problems/requests and contribute to Knowledge Bases and online services to maintain WorkSafeBC technology and business knowledge to ensure continuous learning and growth. Record all interactions in the designated tracking tools and provide concise documentation to assist in diagnosis and resolution. Monitor open calls/incidents/reports and ensure updates and resolutions are provided to stakeholders based on established service-level agreements. Compile and analyze statistics, metrics, and reports. Identify trends and develop recommendations for express solutions and provide information to the management team. Participate in projects as a subject-matter expert (SME), user acceptance tester, and post-implementation support services. Coordinate and provide education, consultation, or instruction to customers to better leverage the hardware and software used at WorkSafeBC. Develop and deliver educational materials.
Provided Technical Support, troubleshooting, and Technical Training. Used Tableau to improve and create interactive data visualizations for in-store management known as FRED (Fast Reliable Effective Data). Made continuous improvements to best practices and recommended emerging new ones. Utilized Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to increase the efficiency of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including the ability to track and monitor others' progress.

Collaborated with stakeholders to coordinate and communicate new policies, strategies, and initiatives.
